Potato feast: The Punjabi way!

Punjabis love their potatoes. Potatoes or aloos as they are called, form an important part of any punjabi household's kitchen. Be it the Aloo Paranthas for breakfast or the vegetable served in the main course (dry/curried) or the fried aloo chaat served as a snack, aloos are an indispensable part of the daily menu.
The other day Skeeter discovered that the humble potato is the most used vegetable in Skeeter's kitchen as well! Here are some pics....

Aaloo, it is strange the there are people in the world who don't like them. I am absolutely in love with it.
Good pics. Nicely garnised salad: lime slice with a pinch of jumbled up coriander.Pretty much Indian...
I am hungry...

How can anyone not like aloo? I have to say I have come across some no-carbs dieters but no aloo haters on taste reasons...

Your post made me giggle. Looks like my weekly menu...

Seriously! Is it just the Punjabis! Or may be North India [if I may take the liberty of generalization]!

PS: Those pics sure did initiate some spittle activity!
